Meatless Monday: Avocado, Feta & Cabbage Wrap


Ingredients

1/4 cup shredded red cabbage
1/4 cup sprouts
1/4 cup watercress sprigs
2 tablespoons feta cheese
1 thinly sliced avocado
Salt and pepper
Squeeze of lime


Directions
Layer shredded red cabbage, sprouts, and watercress sprigs. Top with feta cheese and thinly sliced avocado. Season with salt and pepper and a squeeze of lime.
